Grilled Pork Chop Hot Spicy Recipe

Ingredients:

4 rib chops or pork loin, well trimmed and center cut, cut ¾ inch thick
¼ cup red onion, minced
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ cup soya sauce
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Pork Chop Cooking Method

  1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine minced onion, cayenne pepper, red chili flakes, soya sauce and fresh lemon juice. Place the pork loin or rib chops in the bag and seal it to prevent spillage.
  2. Turn the bag several times to ensure the even coating of the pork. Set the bag in a shallow plate and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for between 4 to 24 hours. Turn the bag occasionally every 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Remove bag from the refrigerator and drain the pork loin or rib chops. Reserve the marinade in a separate bowl. Place the pork chops directly over an ungreased grill rack over medium coals. Cover and grill for about 7 to 8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink and turns tender.
  4. Turn the chops halfway through the grilling process to ensure even cooking on both sides. Brush the reserved marinade over the chops to make them juicier and spicier. Discard the remaining marinade. You may even choose to broil the marinated pork chops, broil them 5 to 6 inches away from heat for about 7 minutes or until the meat turns tender and is no longer pink. Serve hot. This recipe makes 4 servings.
