Question on balanced weight
Is it normal that i am not loosing nor increasing my weight even though I am eating too much and sometimes very tired from work?

Sometimes a static weight is achieved for a certain period of time. This weight is not affected by your eating pattern or activity pattern. The balance of our weight also depends on our BMR that is basic metabolic rate of the body. This is completely normal, do not worry, give your body some time you would experience weight change.
