Having a pear shaped body that means excess fat being accumulated in the hip region giving a pear shape increases the risk of getting hypertension and diabetes, both of which are the leading cause for getting chronic kidney diseases. Chronic kidney disease will not exhibit any major symptoms in its primary phase and is often known as a silent disease. Thus it is very important to shed the extra pounds which you have gained and be an alert individual if you are older, have diabetes, hypertension, or a family history of chronic kidney disease.
