Many people are keen on knowing how to lose weight and prevent medical issues that are related to obesity and excessive weight gain. However one should try and lose weight in a healthy manner so that they dont look unhealthy and washed out after the weight loss. Typically the human body requires around 13 essential vitamin of which 8 vitamins are known to belong to the B complex group.  Some of the best vitamins for weight loss are B complex vitamins however they are known to be effective only if all the B complex vitamins are consumed together as they tend to work well together complex vitamin are known to be one of the vitamins for weight loss for both men and women because they are water soluble and they provide the body with energy by converting carbohydrates into glucose.
