Burn Fats With Lemon Cleansing Diet

While obesity has been a long standing problem, it is only over the last few decades that people have started to get a little worried about the full effects of the condition. So much so that in some parts of the world, obesity is being called a pandemic. No little thanks goes to the fact that we live such hectic lives where junk and fast food have become the order of the day, primarily because they do not take a whole lot of time to make. Moreover, one should also consider the fact that with the advancement of technology, the human race, as a whole, seems to have become a little bit lazier.

The computers and automated appliances prevent us from doing most of the hard work that was much the norm in previous decades while the increasing addition to things like the television and computer games make it all the more comfortable.

With the amount of exposure that the intestines get to the variety of foods we eat throughout the day, it comes as no surprise that a number of common diseases seem to start in the intestines.

As a result, cleaning your intestines, colon, bowels ad liver of harmful toxins will leave you feeling significantly refreshed. Following the highly acclaimed lemon cleansing diet is known to be especially effective if you follow a low fat diet.

A regular cleansing of your body will also play a significant role in subduing the likelihood of suffering from infection.
To carry out the lemon cleansing diet, all you need to do is create a mixture of 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice along with a tablespoon of honey and a small amount of white pepper.

Mix this with a cup of lukewarm water and mix the ingredients together thoroughly.

First thing in the morning, consume the drink on an empty stomach and continue to drink one cup of the solution every two hours or so for an entire day. On an average, this would mean that you consume about eight to twelve glasses of the solution over the course of the day.

After following this treatment, you should then drink one cup of any herbal laxative about an hour before retiring for the night.

Although this is not an essential part of the treatment, it increases the effectiveness of the lemon diet and helps clear out any stubborn toxins from the intestine as well as promote colon cleansing.
