As the estrogen level in the body goes down it is important you have food such as soya beans, garlic, green beans, cabbage, peas, papaya, olive oil, wheat, anything rich in vitamins fiber and mineral which will even help to maintain the overall health of your body. Beet juice should be taken in a dose of 60 -90 ml thrice a day as it is beneficial for menopause treatment. Make a mixture of 1 ounce of almond oil, 2 drops of geranium essential oil, one capsule of vitamin E and apply this inside and outside the vagina twice a day and this would help prevent dryness.
Menopause Natural Treatment:
There is an Indian herb, spikenerd which is a very effective treatment for menopause problems. Take this dose of 2 gms twice a day. Exercises such as walking, jogging, cycling, dancing can relive the symptoms of menopause. As there is a lot of loss of calcium from the body try and take more calcium food such as milk and milk products. A Vitamin D supplement could also be taken after consulting a doctor.
