i am a woman with high weight.i am tv show can i lose my weight?my body has apple shape.what should i do to have small breast?

Diet to Lose Weigth 

Be clear about your objective of weight loss, as generally the efforts vanish after the initial few days. Adherence to a strict dietary regimen and exercise are important, in addition to lifestyle changes. Reduce the intake of calories and opt for salads and clear soups. Fruits and fresh vegetables provide the various antioxidants and phyto nutrients required by the body.

Give more variety in your diet, thereby, making it more appealing.

This also avoids monotony. A tomato prior to breakfast or as a part of breakfast proves beneficial. Adequate intake of water is also helpful, as it flushes off all the toxins and other metabolites from the body. Opt for exercises, such as walking, jogging and abdomen crunch. Avoid feasting or fasting.
Every day work out is essential. Select foods that contain less fat. Avoid fried foods and processed foods. The latter is a great source of salts, such as sodium, which causes an increase in weight. Avoid smoking and drinking. Opt for fruits, rather than juices. Hit the stairs, instead of an elevator. Provide information on your height, weight and diet pattern, the next time, as they are vital in determining a diet chart.
