Circulation

To help circulation take regular exercise.




The juices to use are:
Horseradish (grated) 4 oz (100g).




Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml).



Colds

Massive doses (1-2 grams every three hours) of vitamin C (at onset of symptoms). If you can find it, 10mg Propolis (the resinous cement from beehives) is most useful, taken three times a day.

Hot lemon juice is soothing, otherwise treatment as for catarrh.



As a specific, orange juice 1pt (500ml) is a good idea.
