Skim Milk and Yogurt help burns body fats

Studies have shown that drinking 2 glasses of skim milk, and eating 2 cups of yogurt or one serving of cheese regularly helps lose weight on an average of, one and half pounds per month, without making any changes in the diet.



The Calcium in these products burns fat stored in fat cells and decreases it.



And protein present in milk, yogurt and cheese replace fats in fat cells by providing extra protein that is used by the body’s cells for metabolic functions.



Taking 1,000mg of calcium per day increase good cholesterol and decreases bad cholesterol. Fat-free milk contains 220 milligrams of calcium and only 80 calories per glass.
