Best Cardio For Weight Loss

You can practice best cardio for weight loss as well as weight gain. The most important fact to remember for losing weight is that you lose weight only if you burn more calories than you consume. A combination of strength training, cardio & healthy diet will enable you to reduce lose weight effectively.

One sitting of cardio will make you burn a lot of calories. It will increase your heart rate, pump up your blood & make you sweat profusely indicating that you are burning calories & hence losing weight.

With the various cardio exercises, you can around 100 to 500 calories which will depend upon how vigorously you are working, the time duration for which you will work & how much is your body weight.

Cardio exercise can be performed for as many days of the week as you want & there are no worries of injuries or overtraining. Burning calories with cardio exercises will prevent too much diet control. You can still eat your favorite foods if you are performing best cardio exercises for weight loss. But it is always beneficial if you maintain your meal plan & follow it with self discipline. Practice cardio exercises according to your body weight & slowly increase your time duration & frequency.
