Sagging Skin
I need some advice on Sagging Skin. I am 47 & my skin is starting to sag. Can you tell me some home remedies for it?

Natural Remedies Sagging Skin
Our skin affects our appearance. Good and healthy skin tends to enhance our look and appearance. It is very essential to improve the tone of the skin. As the person age, he may start developing wrinkles and skin tends to sag. Sagging skin can also be a step towards formation of wrinkles. This occurs because the elastin fibers that are essential for the firmness of the skin tend to weaken and stretch and the skin droops. This also occurs due to excessive exposure to sun rays, hereditary. Excessive smoking can also be factor wherein free radicals from the cigarette can enter the body and can damage the tissues. Too weight loss results in loss of fat content, thus the fat that is present in the subcutaneous tissues may tend to lessen and the skin may lose its firmness.
Skin tightening treatment are available that can effectively reduce sagging and loose skin. Treatments like laser resurfacing, topical applications or chemical treatments can bring a change in the appearance and tone the skin. But such treatments come with side effects that can affect the individual. Thus home remedies are preferred that can give a long-lasting impression on the person without causing any side effects. A balanced diet with ample amounts of fruits and vegetables is necessary as it provides vitamins and minerals that are natural antioxidants and can scavenge ay free radicals that are formed in the body due to pollution or smoking. Apart from this drink ample amount of water in order to tighten the skin and make it smooth and supple.
Apart from this there are certain home remedies that can reduce sagging skin. Certain toners can be available naturally that can lighten the skin and enhance the firmness of the skin. These toners can rejuvenate the skin and make it smooth and soft. Make a pack of cucumber with yoghurt that is blended together. Apply it on the face and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and wash it thoroughly. Another face pack can be made with egg white and a teaspoon of honey, lemon juice may also be added. Vitamin E is a natural skin toner. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that can be used to destroy any free radicals. Prepare a paste of bael fruit powder about 2 teaspoon, mix it with 2 tablespoon extracts of dates and 1 teaspoon honey. Apply it on the face. This pack is useful for firming up the skin and is amazing for sagging skin.
