3 Hour Diet

With the increasing focus on obesity and the significant effect it has on a person’s lifestyle, people all over the world are looking for the most effective diet plans. However, it is important to understand that simply because a certain diet plan worked very well for a friend does not in any way guarantee that it will have the same effect on you. There are a number of factors involved in weight loss and it is important to pay attention to all aspects of weight loss in order to experience the best results. The kind of lifestyle as well as hereditary and metabolism factors also play a key role in weight loss.  In the same way, just because a certain diet plan did not work on you, does not mean that it will not be very effective on some other individual. You may have to try out a few diet plans before you decide on one that suits you and your requirements.

If you do not wish to go through the trouble of trying out various diet plans, you can go to a dietician and have a personalized diet and exercise plan drawn up.  Because of the fact that most of us already live very fast paced lifestyles, it is common to see people looking for the fastest methods of weight loss. The 3 hour diet is a new diet and it is growing in popularity quite fast.

First and foremost, it is important to point out that the diet plan does not promise weight loss in just three hours, but is more of a diet plan that involves a rather tight schedule. As the name 3 hour diet suggests, you will be required to have a small meal or snack every 3 hours. The 3 hour diet menu calls for the individual to consume about 3 meals a day along with 2 snacks and a treat. The timing of the meals or snacks is extremely important as it is believed that following this diet plan will reset your metabolic rate which helps to increase weight loss. For example, breakfast should be consumed no later than 60 minutes after waking up in the morning. Each meal should then be consumed at three hour intervals with the last meal being consumed a full three hours before retiring for the night. Unlike most other diet meal plans, the 3 hour diet weight loss plan does not restrict you from any kinds of foods and asks you to make sure that your body receives a host of nutrients, carbohydrates and vitamins to be able to lead a healthy day. To increase the effectiveness of the 3 hour diet, you can include healthy low calorie foods in your 3 hour diet meal plan

Information on 3 Hour Diet

The three hour diet indicates the frequency of meal planning. Every meal is recommended at an interval of three hours. This results in the intake of five meals per day which includes two snacks. The food groups are combined and consumed. Protein is eaten along with fats and carbohydrates. About eight to ten glasses of water per day are allowed. The strategy behind this diet is correct exercise; frequent eating and appropriate eating regimen prove beneficial. Fast foods and processed foods are the last option.

The three hour diet is a good substitute for those who feel the difficulty of other kinds of diet. In other words, this diet focuses on when you eat and not on what you eat. The three hour diet promises the loss of two pounds per week and also ensures prevention of muscle loss. This results in active metabolism, thereby resulting in fat loss. There are no foods that are completely eliminated from the diet.

The three hour regimen puts the major nutrients namely fat, protein and carbohydrate in the correct place. The three meals should provide approximately 400 calories and the snacks give 100 calories each. The calories and carbohydrates are not counted.
