Body Detox and Facial hair

Liver cleansing is done to gain multiple benefits if you have abused your liver for a long time. When you flush your liver it will give you a good skin, lessen the acne formation, flush out tiny stones (if any) from the liver, help in fat metabolism by regulating the bile production and in general provide a healthy body again. Your hair tend to get healthier and glossier as the blood circulation is improved and the acid in the blood is reduced (acidic blood can worsen the hair condition) and your lips might get less chapped and cracked. Thus liver cleansing would have a general healthy effect on the body but it is not been proved that it would help to lighten the facial hair. To lighten your facial hair you can use some other methods like depilatory creams or bleaching creams available in the markets after consulting a specialist.

Apply lemon juice on the face and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Lemon acts as a natural bleaching agent and would help to lighten the hair color on the face. Excessive hair on upper lip or chin can also be plucked or remove using a thread. It would be advisable to consult a specialist before starting any liver cleansing program for correct guidance.
