A person’s height largely depends on his inherited genes from his parents. Your height generally grows very minimal after the age of 18 years. Although exercise to increase height should have been started much earlier, some exercise from yoga can help you increase your height like tadasana, even cycling or swimming can help. Include protein and calcium rich foods like milk and milk products, fish, eggs, lean meat, de skinned chicken, pulses and sprouts in your diet.
