Advice on weight loss

Hi I want to loose weight my height is 6.1 and weight is 93 how much should be my weight I want to reduce around my tummy. Should I do a surgery or it will get all right by medicines

Increased weight and obesity are one of the common health problems in today’s era. This can be attributed to unhealthy eating habits, which include the intake of junk and fast foods, and lack of physical exercise. Junk foods have a lot of calories and sedentary lifestyle causes the accumulation of these calories as fat in body.

Obesity can trigger a lot of other conditions such as heart diseases, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, and even heart attack. Moreover, it can also be a social stigma in a society that is increasingly obsessed with looking fit and young.

A perfect body weight is also dependent on height. As such, if you are 6 feet tall, 75 kg is the ideal weight for you.

There are various weight loss methods, which include dietary regulations and weight reduction exercises.

Some of the most effective weight loss methods and tips for weight reduction are as follows:

•   One of the weight reductions methods is the intake of a negative calorie diet. Negative calorie foods are those which are low in calorie content and require a lot of energy for digestion, thereby making the calorie equation negative. These foods include apples, asparagus, carrots, beet, turnips, guavas, chili, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, radish, pepper, celery, spinach, papayas, lemon, grapefruit, cantaloupe, watermelons, and oranges. Try to consume more of negative calorie for three weeks and you will see a remarkable change in your body.
•   Cut down on your intake of fatty foods like cheese, butter, cream, and non-vegetarian foods, especially red meat. These foods get accumulated in the body and lead to obesity.  This one of the most simple and easy to follow weight loss methods and you can ease into a new diet by first cutting down on these unwanted foods.
•    The intake of alcohol also leads to excessive weight gain. As such, the consumption of alcohol should be avoided.
•    Another effective weight loss method is stretching. You are advised to stretch your body for about 20 to 30 minutes a day to burn calories and lose weight.
•    You can also opt for activities such as jogging, cycling, and running to lose weight. These exercises also help burn calories and thereby reduce weight.
•    Another one of the simpler weight loss methods is walking for about 30 minutes everyday. You are advised to carry some weight in both of your hands and then walk as this will help burn more calories than walking without weights. 
•    Working out in a gym is also a good weight loss method. Aerobics also helps lose weight by burning calories.
•    Other than these, you could also employ aromatherapy to lose weight. You can use grapefruit, lavender, lemon, peppermint, orange and fennel essential oils to reduce weight through aromatherapy.

These are a few useful tips to lose weight. Along with these, it is a good idea to consult your dietician and physical trainer for healthy weight reduction methods.

 Alternative Ways of Weight Reduction

 Your ideal body weight is around 85 kgs. Your body mass index is 27.91, which means you are overweight. The normal range is 18.5 to 24.9. You have failed to mention about your physical activity, age and sex. Surgery is done for cosmetic purposes. Diet pills are effective, but they have their own side effects, such as vomiting, nausea and depression. Try not to opt for anything unnatural, as your body might find it difficult to adjust.

Choose the natural means of reducing weight, namely diet and exercise with lifestyle modification. You are overweight by 8 kgs. Try to include a lot of complex carbohydrates in the diet. Vegetables and fresh fruits are taken in abundance. Adequate amount of water helps in flushing off toxins and other toxic metabolites. Bending exercises and abdomen crunches help in tummy reduction. All abdomen exercises demand the tucking of the abdomen by touching the lower end with your chest.

Aerobics, swimming, walking and jogging are the best forms of exercise that helps in weight reduction. Avoid sausages and meat. Opt for lean meat, fish and chicken, devoid of skin. Alcohol and smoking are completely abstained from. Take the guidance of your physician for further recommendation.
