GM diet Advice

Yes general motors soup can be taken in any amount on any day of the diet. This soup is basically meant to supplement the diet. It is prepared by boiling onions, green peppers, whole tomatoes, cabbage and celery in water (salt, herbs and seasoning as desired but no fat). Just incase if you don't like any particular vegetable for example cabbage or celery, you can substitute it with any other vegetable but avoid using beans because of their caloric content. This soup can be taken in unlimited amounts as it would not add calories to your diet. The main rule in GM diet is not to starve or stay hungry, for example on first day it's a fruit day so eat lots of fruits except bananas whenever you feel hungry watermelon is encouraged.  On the second day it says eat vegetables (except potatoes), so whenever you are hungry eat lots of vegetables in salad form or cooked form. For a change in taste you can also include a bowl of GM soup which includes a variety of vegetables. On all the 7 days alcohol is strictly forbidden and it is essential to drink at least 10 glasses of water daily. This diet should be followed strictly as per the rules as any other fad diet to work. But remember any fad diet would help you lose weight for a while but not help you to maintain the lost weight forever.
