Which juice to drink daily to detoxification of body. i am male,age is 27, height 5'5'' weight 50 kg

Our body can stand lot of abuse from the daily pollution, nutrients, wrong eating habits and stimulants. But it also naturally detoxifies these on its own all day especially while sleeping thus to support the body a particular pattern should be followed. Detoxification is mainly done to eliminate or neutralize the toxic materials, heavy metals or parasites from colon, kidneys, liver and skin. Focus on the following nutrients and juices that would help detoxify your body –

  • It is very important to keep your body well hydrated so drink lots of water. Among fruit juices orange juice is considered the best when it comes to detoxification as it helps to stimulate the peristaltic activity in the gut and also prevents accumulation of food residue in the colon.

    You can also squeeze 2 mandarins and ½ grape fruit in 3 oranges and drink this juice in the morning as this juice would have strong detoxification effect.
  • The pectin, tannic acid, malic acid and minerals in apples or apple juice are also very effective in normalizing the intestines by removing the toxins.
  • Among vegetable juices, beetroot juice works best to stimulate the nerves and papillae's of the intestine.
  • As you are under your ideal body weight according to your height it would be wise to include other nutrients like selenium present in brown rice, chicken, onions, broccoli, brazil nuts, dairy products, sea food, garlic, whole grains, vegetables and molasses.  Selenium along with glutathione peroxidase has antioxidant activity which helps to detoxify the body. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumptions as besides being potent stimulants they tend to deplete selenium stores in the body.
  • If you have a tendency of getting constipated then drink lots of water and try natural fiber supplements like psyllium husks to avoid constipation. Enema can also be taken as it is also a great way to detoxify the body.
