Older adults too require their share of physical activity, older adults can involve themselves in physical activity by trying to take care of themselves. They can start exercising by getting dressed, cooking for themselves, bathing, etc. More fit older adults can try stretching, walking, using strength building exercises like bands balls, lifting weights, etc.
