But beware; creatine also has its fair share of potential negative effects. It may bring about kidney problems, heart problems, dehydration, muscle cramping and diarrhea. If you or your family has any history of any kind of kidney or heart problem consult your physician before using creatine.

Buying supplements online as become quite a popular trend. It is important to check both the ingredients and the origins of the weightlifting supplement. Just because it is legal in one country doesn't mean that it is legal here in the US, and the accidental import may lead to big trouble. Check the US Food and Drug Administration [FDA] website or call them on the phone, if you suspect any of the ingredients.
