  • Eating small, but frequent meals is very effective and it is important to make sure that you never skip a meal. In fact, most people skip breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day, because it kicks off your metabolism. In case you skip breakfast, your metabolism will not start until lunch time.

 

There is no substitute for exercising, which is the most important factor affecting weight loss. Make sure that you get at least 30 minutes of exercise around 5 times a week, to optimize your other weight loss efforts.
