Honey Vinegar Diet

 

The honey diet is used as a detox diet, since honey acts as a mild emetic and helps to clear the digestive canal.



It is also used along with lemon juice as a slimming diet. Raw honey possesses truly unique nutritional and medicinal qualities. It contains the amino acids, minerals, enzymes, fatty acids and carbohydrates required by the body.



In cases of severe obesity, a strict lemon juice and honey diet for fourteen days shows remarkable results. However, although this diet does not harm a person physically, it is mentally very taxing and is only recommended in cases of extreme obesity.

The vinegar and honey diet is an inexpensive effective and safe method to get rid of excess fat naturally without the fear of any side effects.



This diet has multiple benefits as it also targets esophagus reflux, aids cleansing and prevents acne. Apple cider vinegar also contains phosphorous which retards the growth of purification bacteria, allowing stomach ulcers, sores and wounds to heal faster. You can use the vinegar honey diet along with other natural diet plans to ensure quick weight loss. Mix a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar along with a tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water and consume this concoction just before your meals for at least two weeks. It would be best if you ate only fresh vegetable and fruit diet for the first three days to help cleanse out your system. You can start with light and balanced meals from the fourth day onwards. This cleansing detox diet along with the honey vinegar diet will supply your body with essential carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals while eliminating fats.

The nutritional value of a honey diet is astounding to say the least. Apart from sugars such as glucose and fructose, honey is also rich in minerals like magnesium, potassium, sodium chlorine, sulphur, calcium, iron and phosphate. Depending on the qualities of the pollen and nectar honey can also be rich in some of the B complex vitamins like B1, B2, C, B3, B5 and B6.



Besides the above mentioned nutrients there are also a number of other minerals like, copper, iodine, and zinc in small quantities. There are different kinds of hormones also present in honey.

No matter how honey is consumed it offers a variety of health benefits. Honey is also believed to be extremely good for the skin and has a long history of association with skin care. Honey also has different phytochemicals, which are generally found in plants and some other food sources.
