Isolates consists of 90% or even more protein by weight. Yet another form of whey protein is Hydrolysates. This form of whey protein unlike the other forms is predigested and partially hydrolyzed whey proteins are more easily absorbed, but the only sad back is that hydrolysates are comparatively higher in cost and are not as cost effective as Concentrates and Isolates.
