This can then ensure that the person does not suffer any side effects that go along with getting insufficient nutrients and vitamins. There are a large variety of clear liquid diet ideas but finding one that is healthy and tasty is a challenge at times.

One of the main items on the clear liquid diet menu is the maple syrup diet. This has been used by many to help them to lose weight. One is able to lose a fair amount of weight if one follows this diet for a prolonged period. This is just one of the clear liquid diet recipes. There are various other clear liquid diets that one can follow. One among them is the big cleanse clear liquid diet plan. For this clear liquid diet, one needs about 2 to 3 teaspoons of some freshly squeezed lemon juice. You also need 3 teaspoons of some maple syrup preferably the organic kind. You also need a dash of some cayenne pepper powder and about 10 ounces of water. Next, you will need to prepare the lemonade juice for this master cleanses diet. For that, you will need to mix all the ingredients in a tall glass. Once it has been combined properly, you can refrigerate it and then drink about 6 or 7 servings of this lemonade juice on a daily basis. Another noteworthy item on the clear liquid diet menu is the cabbage soup recipe. This cabbage soup recipe requires a head of cabbage that should be cleaned well and cut into small pieces. One also needs about 6 large sized green onions which should be chopped into fine pieces. Along with this, you also need about a can or two of some diced tomatoes. Clean 3 to 4 small carrots and then peel them and slice them along with a pack of mushrooms. This clear liquid diet soup also requires a couple of green peppers deseeded and sliced fine along with a dash of garlic and some salt and pepper. As part of your clear liquid diet plan soup, one needs to first start off by cleaning and cutting all the different vegetables and then adding them to a preheated cooking pot. After sautéing the green onions, proceed to add the cabbage along with the carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms and the green peppers. Next pour about 10 to 12 cups of water to this soup mixture and bring it to a boil. Next place the lid over the vessel and lower the heat allowing the liquid to simmer. Next, season the contents with the salt and pepper and then garnish the entire dish with some herbs. This clear liquid cabbage soup is now ready to be served. You can try another recipe of the clear liquid diet by making fresh lemon juice with a cup of orange juice, a cup of yogurt, a cup of cranberry juice and a cup of soy milk, low fat. For this diet, one also needs a quarter teaspoon of flaxseed oil along with 4 teaspoons of wheat germ. When following this diet you should ensure that you drink plenty of water.
