It is also important that all juices should be freshly squeezed. This is because raw juices oxidize very fast, and thus lose their medicinal qualities. Sweet juices may be diluted with water before consuming. Also, fruit and vegetable juices should not be taken together, as they have different effects and work differently.

If not as a juice-only diet, juices can also be consumed as a supplement to your daily diet. The juice of the carrot is one of the main juices for a healthy skin. It is known to clear up acne and spots on the skin. The other juices that will help are those of apple, watermelon, lemon.



Even spinach and cabbage juices will help with clear skin. Carrot juice by itself when consumed regularly will help. You can also mix this with spinach juice, or with spinach and cabbage juice to get rid of acne. Lemon juice has a large amount of vitamin C in it, and this can also be taken after a meal to aid digestion.

A word of caution, though, you cannot expect glowing skin by only consuming these juices. You will also have to make positive changes to your lifestyle by incorporating some daily exercise into your life, and also eating wholesome, healthy foods and avoiding stress.
