In order to give your body time to adjust, it is best to gain no more than one or two pounds a week.
•    Eating large, heavy and rich meals may leave you feeling bloated, lazy and lethargic. Therefore, it is better to eat frequently, throughout the day. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can make sure that you leave room for three snacks, which include nuts, milkshakes, smoothies, fruit juices, whole dairy products and so on.
