People who suffer from backaches are advised to sleep on a firm mattress. The knees should be bent at a right angle with context to the torso. You should also avoid lifting heavy weights. Don’t bend down from the waist region when you are lifting heavy objects. You can bend the knees but the back should be kept straight.

People with long hours of desk jobs should relieve the tension from the neck. You should once in a while rotate your neck slowly clock wise and then anti clockwise. This exercise will loosen up the stiff neck muscles.
