Arthritis and osteoporosis can also be avoided by maintaining your health and physical fitness.

One of these tips includes drinking a lot of water as most of your body primarily consists of water. Ideally, you are supposed to be drinking at least 8 glasses of water everyday. The way you breathe is also an important aspect of your health and fitness and it is very essential that you take deep breaths so that your body is able to get enough oxygen. For this, you are required to sit straight and inhale deeply. Sleep is extremely important but often neglected by majority of individuals because of stress and other issues. Your body needs a minimum of six hours of sleep but may require even more depending upon your eating habits and work. Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand and there is no way you can stay healthy if you are not following a proper diet. Your daily diet should consist of a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables as they are best for your health.
You can also have a lot of juices, soups, salads and so on. Drinking and smoking habits should be stopped completely if you want to stay healthy and fit as they alone can lead to a number of illnesses and considerably affect your health. You should avoid consumption of all fatty and fried foods, aerated drinks, pastries, cakes and so on. Moderation is the key to eating healthy and the bottom line is that you maintain a healthy lifestyle that consists of good eating habits and regular exercises. |
