Calories Don’t Count – Not Really!

Weight can be lost through a number of diet programs, but the one thing that actually counts is the number of calories consumed to the number of calories burnt daily.

Low carbohydrate diets also work, because they too restrict calories to some extent besides carbohydrates

But it maybe accompanied by rebound weight gain when the diet is stopped.

After conducting diet studies, researchers concluded that to lose weight you should consume fewer calories daily over a long period of time

By restricting one food over another, as in low-carbohydrate or high protein diets, weight-loss program becomes more difficult and dangerous

So, a high-fiber, low-fat diet with moderate amounts of complex carbohydrates and protein is a low-calorie diet in disguise There are no dangerous side effects and the weight lost is permanent.
