It Is The Calories And Not The Carbs You are thin or fat depending on the amount of calories that you eat and the total number of calories that you burn daily through exercise.
The problem with low carb diet is that people are eating too many calories unknowingly, most of which came from excess fat of unhealthy diet.
To function properly the body needs carbohydrates and not saturated fats, refined sugars and starches.
You can eliminate these calories from your diet and lose weight naturally, in a healthy fashion if you limit intake of fatty foods, refined sugars and starch.
Your body needs fruits, vegetables, whole-grain foods and other complex carbohydrates, that have fewer calories and are packed with nutrients. Cake, cookies, ice cream and pastries contain considerable amounts of fat and sugar, and for 1gm of carbohydrate you are getting 4 calories and each gram of fat you are getting 9 calories. So if you are following this ridiculous low carb diet and eating lots of meats than imagine the calories associated with it.
Limit portion sizes and cut back on fat and sugar calories.
Share food with your friend if you go out to a restaurant, as they serve large pieces. For permanent weight loss and to stay healthy and to boost energy, decrease your total calorie intake and increase your physical activity like walking. |
