Warm up
Before starting any physical activity or exercise it is important to do simple stretching exercises for about five minutes.
Stretching your arms, legs and body will get the blood flowing in the body and thus make it easier for you to move.
Enjoy the following activities to burn 300 calories a day
• Brisk walk for 50-55 minutes at a stretch without taking any breaks. • Roller skate for 30-35 minutes, it will remind you of the 70s era. • Do a low impact aerobic class for 40-45 minutes. • Use the ski machine in your gym for 25 minutes. • Ride a bike in countryside for 30 minutes. • Lug heavy furniture around and rearrange your bedroom for 35 minutes. • If you feel bored, persuade a friend or a family member to give you company. Swim for 25 minutes, doing front crawls at fast pace will especially help. • Scrub and clean your kitchen floor, cabinets and platform for 40 minutes. • Cycle on a stationary exercise bike for 20 minutes. • Practice snorkel at your local pool for 45 minutes. • Play a fast and furious game of squash just for 18 minutes.
