Turkey Tomato Wrap Ingredients

8 ounce deli-style turkey, de-skinned
3 large tortillas, whole wheat or tomato basil flour tortillas
7 ounce hummus
6 romaine lettuce
3 red onion slices, thin slices
3 small tomatoes, sliced thinly

Method:

  1. Place the whole wheat tortillas or tomato basil flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread hummus evenly among all the tortillas.
  2. Place the deli-style turkey breast over the tortillas. Spread the lettuce, sliced onions and sliced tomatoes equally among all the tortillas. From one end roll each tortilla to get a spiral shape. Cut each roll into half to get 6 pieces. Serve. This recipe makes 3 servings.
