Easy Recipe For Grilling Salmon Fish

Grilled Salmon Ingredients:

Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Lime Juice – 1 tablespoon
White fish with firm flesh, like red snapper or orange roughy and thawed if frozen – 1 pound
Salsa – 1 cup
Lime, cut into four slices – 1

Method:

  • Preheat your broiler and grease the broiler pan with nonstick pan spray. Alternatively, you can prepare a charcoal grill.
  • Now mix together lime juice and oil and brush this mixture over the fish. Broil or grill 4 or 5 inches from the heat source for at least 6 minutes until the fish is opaque. Grilling time may vary depending upon the thickness of the fish.
  • While serving, top with fresh lime slices and top with salsa.
