Fresh Veggies with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Mayonnaise – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Paprika – 1/8 teaspoon
Mustard powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
Fresh parsley chopped – 1 tablespoon
Fresh chives chopped – 1 teaspoon
Dry dill – ¼ teaspoon or a teaspoon freshly chopped.

Method:

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix the buttermilk and mayonnaise together and stir well.
  • To this add the lemon juice, paprika, mustard powder, salt, black pepper, parsley, chives and dry dill.
  • Cut your favorite fresh veggies, place them in a big bowl and generously pour over the ranch dressing over it.
  • You can also use this dressing as a dip for veggies of your choice.
