Stuffed Feta Cheese Recipes For Salad

Italian Feta Dip Ingredients:

14 mini green bell peppers
4 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
2 ounce spinach

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop off its lower stems. With a sharp knife, cut the leaves of spinach into thin strips.
  3. Cut a thin slice from the sides or the top of each 14 mini green bell peppers. Scrap out the seeds from the cut side with the help of a narrow knife or handle of the spoon.
  4. Combine chopped spinach leaves along with crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl. Stuff the deseeded green peppers with the spinach and cheese mixture equally among all the 14 peppers. Place the peppers in a rectangular ungreased baking dish, stuffed side facing upwards.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 19 to 20 minutes or until the sweet peppers are slight tender, yet firm and the spinach and cheese are heated through. Serve hot. This recipe makes 7 servings.
