Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe With Brownie Mix

Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ingredients:

½ cup all purpose flour
1/8 cup butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/8 cup miniature chocolate chips, less sugar or semisweet
1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/8 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon extra for garnishing the brownies
Non-stick cooking spray

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Take a medium square shaped baking pan and lightly coat it using non-stick cooking spray, coat only the bottom of the pan and leave the sides uncoated.
  3. Preheat a medium saucepan over low heat and melt butter in it. Add granulated sugar, vanilla extract and water in the melted butter and stir well.
  4. Mix all purpose flour, baking powder and coco powder in the butter mixture and stir well until it is combined. Stir in chopped walnuts and miniature chocolate pieces and pour this batter in the prepared baking pan.
  5. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the brownies for 17 to 18 minutes or until they rise and get a dry texture on its surface. Insert a toothpick in the center of the brownie after 18 minutes, if the toothpick comes out clean then consider them done, if not then bake for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. After done remove the baking pan from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack. With the help of a sharp knife loosen the sides of the brownie from the baking pan and invert the pan on a serving plate. Lift the pan to remove the brownie from it. Cut the brownie into 8 bars. Sprinkle the reserved 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts and powdered sugar before serving, if desired. This recipe makes 8 servings.
