Recipes With Blue Cheese And Stuffed Endives
Stuffed Endive Ingredients:
36 Belgian endive or lettuce, around 3 heads
½ cup Roquefort cheese, coarsely crumbled
8 ounce cream cheese, fat free or reduced fat
2 slices bacon, drained and crumbled, crisp cooked
½ cup green onions or scallions, rinsed and chopped
2 tablespoon toasted hazelnuts, chopped finely
- Combine both the cheese that is cream cheese and Roquefort cheese along with bacon slices, green onions and nuts in a medium bowl. Mix well. Spread 2 teaspoon each of this mixed vegetable and cheese mixture in to each lettuce or Belgian endive leaf cup. Serve immediately.
