Remedial Measures For Treating Chicken Pox At Home

Chicken pox or varicella is a very common illness among children. This condition is characterized by fever, rash and a breakout of pustules or blisters on the skin. The rash makes its appearance on the very first day of the illness itself. It takes the form of minute red spots all over the skin, and is predominant on areas such as the back or chest. However in cases that are more severe, the rash may even appear on the lower extremities as well as the face. These tiny papules then transform into blisters which move on to form pustules. These pustules later form scabs that eventually fall off.
