Real Phentermine Diet – Prescription Diet That Works!

Information On Phentermine Diet And Foods To eat while on the diet program

Phentermine, available under a number of commercial names, is a substance that suppresses the appetite. It is a prescription drug that is usually used in conjunction with a proper diet plan and exercise to help people suffering from obesity. What Phentermine essentially does is that it helps release norepinephrine from the hypothalamus, triggers the flight-or-fight reaction in the brain, and represses the appetite. It is important to remember that Phentermine should not be taken without medical supervision because if you suffer from high blood pressure or are pregnant, you should not be taking Phentermine. You should also be very careful and ensure that you do not use Phentermine for more than twelve weeks.

While On Phentermine Diet

It is essential that you eat a balanced diet and exercise while you are taking Phentermine. Your diet should contain a proper combination of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, and minerals. Include pasta, whole wheat bread, and rice in at least one of your meals. In order to get proper protein, consume dairy products such milk, cheese, and curd so that they account for at least a third of your daily intake. You should ensure that you eat at least 300gm of fruits and vegetables per day as these help to keep your energy up throughout the day.

Your diet should also be low in sodium and fat. This however does not mean that you should cut out all the fat from your diet. Cut out saturated fats and include healthy monosaturated fats and omega fatty acids in your food. You should avoid deep fried foods red meat and eat lean meats such as fish and white meat instead. You should also avoid processed meats such as sausages and salami. If you are going to eat sugary foods, it is advisable to limit your intake of these to once a week. It is also important that you break your food intake into four to six small meals instead of the traditional three meals a day.

You must also drink an adequate amount of water everyday to replenish any loss of hydration. Since Phentermine will increase your energy levels, ensure that you do exercise regularly.  Your exercise routine should keep increasing in intensity and variety. For example if you walk 30 minutes per day, ensure that this increases to about forty five minutes over the course of a few days. You should also try and include exercises such as crunches, toe-touches and stretches in your work out.
