  • Breakfast meats: For meat-eaters bacon, ham, sausage and salami are great options. Make sure that whatever you buy is gluten free. These meats can be had as a meat salad or even in sandwiches with gluten free bread.
  • French toast: French toast is another great option. Lightly fry some gluten free bread after soaking it in a mixture of egg and milk. You can even have it with maple syrup or honey.
  • Porridge: This is another healthy option but make sure that you are very careful when choosing your products as they should be gluten free.
  • Yogurt: you can also include yogurt in your diet, but make sure that it has no added biscuit bits or cereals.
