Do you mean easy loss of extra weight? Easy weight loss is a tumultuous query faced by majority adolescents and women.  Follow these guidelines in achieving success:

  1. Follow a healthy lifestyle. Avoid alcohol and cigarette smoking.
  2. Eat a balanced diet. Cereals and pulses form the base of a food pyramid.


    Fruits and vegetables occupy about 3 to five servings. A fresh vegetable, along with green leafy vegetable helps in limiting the cereal intake.
  3. Fresh juices, barley water and coconut water are recommended in addition to plain water. These help in flushing off the toxins and other metabolites, that are harmful to the body.
  4. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Opt to walk instead of using your vehicle, to the nearby places.
  5. Regular exercise ion the form of walking or jogging is done for a minimum of 45 minutes. This is done five times a week. Workouts in the gym also help in easy weight loss.
  6. Opt for certain methods of cooking that demand less or no oil, such as microwave, pressure cooking, boiling and steaming.
  7. Eat small meals at regular intervals. Sticking to the meal timing is equally important.
