Along with the communicational and behavioral treatment, learn to understand your child’s need. Never force him to eat a particular food either fruits or vegetables, he would get annoyed and never eat it. Instead try to explain him the need, introduce one fruit or one vegetable at a time. Play with him often and help him to achieve his goals. Offer him some gifts in turn of eating a fruit; this can be helpful for him to develop the taste of a particular food. You can also incorporate vegetables in hidden form in various recipes for example you can make spinach pancakes by adding spinach puree in the dough.
