Can the Best Weight Loss Supplements be used by anyone & at any age? I am a 40 year old woman & want to lose weight quickly. Please help!

The need to use weight loss supplements arises when you cannot lose weight through natural methods. But remember that there are various side effects of these weight loss supplements & their effects may not remain permanently. You may regain your weight after sometime or even gain more weight then before. Always use natural methods for weight loss like controlled diet, regular workout, herbal supplements & yoga.

You can drink the mixture of ½ tsp of lime juice & 1 tsp of honey in warm water everyday in the morning on an empty stomach. You can replace lime juice & honey with apple cider vinegar for effective weight loss.


Green tea increases the body's metabolism. This augmented metabolism rate disburses energy rapidly. You can have 1 apple & 1 cup of green tea in place of your meal as both provide similar oxidation & energy to the body.

Eat frequent & smaller meals & keep your meals lighter. You can have whole grain bread, whole wheat wheat tortilla, buttermilk, raw vegetable salads without any dressing, coconut water, fresh & seasonal fruits, vegetables juices, cereals & salted curd for your meals. Drink plenty of water & keep the amount of sugar & salt that you consume to the minimum.
