  • Dinner - Simple stir fry comprising chopped vegetables, namely, spring onions, green or red peppers, broccoli, zucchini and snow peas. The stir fry can be had with soya sauce and dry sherry as blending agents; with a small serving of brown rice followed by a small bowl of fresh fruit.
