For effective weight loss it is important to follow a balanced meal plan along with performing various exercises. You should be able to choose the type of exercises that will be suitable for you & will help in weight reduction without causing any harm to your body.

Before you begin any exercise remember that it will only give positive results if you are able to enjoy it. If you force your body to do something then it is impossible to get desired results. So, start doing those exercises which you can do easily & then progress towards more difficult poses.

Apart from exercises, regular physical activities like brisk walking, cycling or running will also help you to reduce weight. Playing games is also one of the important methods of reducing weight. Whatever activity you choose whether you exercise or workout, do not overdo it & do it for at least 30 to 60 minutes everyday. Your physical activities should make you perspire & sweat. You can also alternatively workout hard & fast for sometime & then do it slowly. You can do this for 2 to 3 times a week. This way you will be able to lose weight naturally & steadily & maintain it permanently.
