Weight Loss has become a challenge of life for people who are overweight, obese or are conscious about their well being. Effective weight loss is not only important for looking good or being able to wear smart clothes, it is also essential for good health. Excess body fat can become life threatening & we may be assailed by various diseases. it is imperative that people who have gained weight should get determined & take up weight loss as their life's best challenge!
The most important step to take for weight loss is to know your body's limitations & health complications. Note down if you have any food allergies or have some medical condition in a journal. Now, take your body measurements & note these down too. Maintain this journal & keep checking your measurements every 5 to 6 weeks.
Plan a diet where you eat more fresh & seasonal fruits & vegetables, whole wheat foods, oats, cereals, skimmed milk, vegetable juices, raw salads & soups. Never skip your meals or force yourself to go hungry. This will make you weak & you might get some food disorders like anorexia. Everyday do some physical activity that you enjoy & which will make you sweat. This way you will burn calories & lose weight effectively.
