Sorry about this but can someone educate me on Best Weight Loss Method. Maybe it's a silly question, but would appreciate some help?

There are various natural methods for weight loss & it is difficult to mention just one best weight loss method. If you follow the alternative methods with discipline & patience, you will achieve your goal of losing excess fat & achieving your ideal weight.
It is best to adhere to a combination of various home cures for weight loss. Start with devising a balanced & controlled diet chart according to your body type, previous & current complications & allergies. It should ideally include fresh & seasonal fruits & vegetables, raw vegetable salads without any dressings, vegetable juices, cereals, oats, brown rice, wheat germs, green tea & consumption of plenty of liquids. Before embarking on the new diet plan, keep in mind the foods you are allergic to, your medical history & the fact that you should slowly introduce new foods slowly till your taste buds get adjusted to them.
A regular physical activity is the one of the best weight loss methods which works wonders in combination with the balanced meal chart.
Walking, jogging, running or cycling can be combined with other exercises like yoga, workouts or cardio. Avoid smoking & reduce alcohol intake. Minimize tea, coffee, sugar & salt consumption.
