Benefits & Uses of Weight Loss Tea
Green tea contains several antioxidants like polyphenols & vitamin C & minerals which are beneficial to the body. It affects the various systems of the body positively & prevents many types of diseases. Green tea effectively stops the progression of degenerative disorders by deactivating the free radicals.
Green tea has been found to reduce the levels of blood cholesterol. It also checks the development of various kinds of cancers like skin cancer, colon, bladder, lung, stomach, rectal, breast, digestive & urinary cancers. Green tea prevents the unhealthy clotting of the blood & thins the blood. It also helps in relaxing the blood vessels thus chances of stroke & heart diseases are reduced.
Green tea also prevents the formation of cavities as it contains fluorides & several other minerals as well. It strengthens the bones & fights bacteria as it has anti-plaque properties. You can rinse your mouth with it after having your meals. Even children can have 1 cup of green tea everyday to prevent cavities. Green tea is effective in reducing weight by aiding the digestion of fats. If it is consumed without adding anything, it helps in burning more calories than regular teas. If a cup of green tea is drunk with every meal, it acts as a metabolic stimulant.
