You will also need to take dietary supplements & there are slight chances that you may not lose weight after the surgery.

It is always better to lose weight naturally. First you will need to check your BMI (Body Mass Index) & according to that devise a meal plan which will be according to your weight & degree of obesity. There are yoga exercises which include several breathing techniques, yoga poses, meditation & guidelines for healthy living. You can adopt them according to your body type & suitability.

To reduce weight naturally you will also have to change your lifestyle. Consume controlled amounts of sugar, salt & alcohol. Avoid smoking & reduce the intake of tea & coffee. Green tea is very beneficial for health. You can also go on all-juice diet for a few days, and then slowly add fruits, vegetable juices & vegetables in your diet. Always remember that you have gained weight over a period of time, so it will take some time to reduce weight naturally.
