Weight loss supplements are also known as non-prescription pills such as stackers, fat burners, sports or other diet supplements. Weight loss supplements can be obtained over the counter & do not require any prescription. But before buying them, please check if they contain Ephedra, which is a harmful substance.
There are other natural supplements for weight loss. They can be procured much easily & have no side effects. Fiber is one of the most important natural weight loss supplements which help in the removal of excess & undigested food particles from the body system. This enables the smooth functioning of the digestive system ensuring regular bowel movement & digestion. Fibers hinder the formation of fat by preventing us from over eating if you have them before your regular meals as fibers give a feeling of fullness. Raw vegetables & fresh fruits provide roughage to the body & nourish our system without leading to weight gain.
