It is often thought as an irony when a woman thinks of gaining weight. This is because most of the women want to look attractive and skinny like the super models and in that process often forgets about health. Women gain weight during different phases of life like some might gain weight after marriage (this is because there are more parties, dinners, get together and change in routine where there is no time for working out), having babies (some women gain weight after having babies, because for some it becomes really difficult to lose the weight gained during pregnancy), long working hours and job stress (these will give you no time to take care of yourself and also permit you to indulge in all wrong eating habits due to time constrains), stress and boredom (both of this can cause binging more fat and sweet laden foods), becoming less active due to long hour jobs and due to lack of knowledge. A healthy weight gain in women is desirable if he is under her ideal body weight and needs to gain a few pounds to look good and feel healthy. This should be done with a combination of healthy caloric dense diet and mild exercise. Although this is a very common tip given by health advisors believe me it would work best if followed sincerely.
